EN L’ABSENCE DE PAE SIGNÉ AU 26 OCTOBRE 2023, VOTRE INSCRIPTION DEMEURERA INCOMPLÈTE ET SERA CONSIDÉRÉE IRRÉGULIÈRE.

Aux étudiants (ARTS VISUELS*, MUSIQUE, THÉATRE.)

*Les NOUVEAUX étudiants d’Arts visuels peuvent également signer au Carré, auprès de Pauline Coelaert à partir du lundi 25 septembre. 

  • Merci de respecter les horaires indiqués sur la porte de Pauline
  • Les jours et horaires indiqués ci-dessous ne concernent pas les signatures de PAE au Carré des arts !!!

Vous êtes invités à vous rendre à la rue de Nimy, 2e étage, afin de signer votre PAE (programme annuel de l’étudiant).
Il s’agit d’un document important : la liste des enseignements que vous devez suivre et dont les évaluations sont à réussir en fin d’année.

Les horaires sont les suivants !!! DERNIÈRES DATES !!!:

  • Mardi 17/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Mercredi 18/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Jeudi 19/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Mardi 24/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Mercredi 25/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Jeudi 26/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30

Tant que votre PAE n’est pas signé, votre (ré)inscription n’est pas complète.

Les demandes de dispenses doivent être accompagnées de pièces justificatives et recevoir l’aval du conseiller académique présent lors de ces séances (sauf mention contraire).

Veuillez enfin noter qu’à partir de 11h, les files deviennent importantes. Dès lors, privilégiez une venue entre 9h et 11h.

Les séances de signature seront communiquées de semaine en semaine par courriel et sur le site internet www.artsaucarre.be

IF YOUR PAE IS NOT SIGNED BY THE 26 OCTOBER 2023, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN INCOMPLETE AND WILL BE CONSIDERED IRREGULAR

To all students (VISUAL ARTS*, MUSIC, THEATRE)
Students in didactic options may sign in October.

*NEW Visual arts students may also sign in the office of Pauline Coelart in the “Carré”. Times will be displayed near her office.

You are invited to sign your PAE (annual student program), rue de Nimy, 2nd floor offices.

This is an important document: the list of the courses that you will have to attend (and therefore the evaluations that await you at the end of the year).

LAST CALL :

  • Tue 17/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Wed 18/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Thu 19/10:  9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Tue 24/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Wed 25/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30
  • Thu 26/10 : 9h > 12h + 12h45 > 14h30

As long as your PAE has not been signed by you, your (re-)registration is not complete.

Any asking for exemption must be talked first with the Academic advisor (he is present at every signing session, unless specified). Please bring your proofs of exemption rights.

Waiting lines are particularly long from 11 a.m. Thus, please consider coming between 9-11 a.m.

Signing sessions will be announced weekly by email and on the school website www.artsaucarre.be
